Terms & Cancellation Policy
Please review these terms before booking. By confirming a reservation you agree to the policy below.
Payment schedule
A 50% deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are paid in full at booking.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel 60+ days before arrival: full refund less a $75 processing fee.
- Cancel 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancel fewer than 30 days before arrival: no refund unless the dates are re-rented.
We strongly recommend travel insurance, which can be added at checkout.
House rules
- Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
- No smoking or vaping inside any property.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Guests must be 25 or older to book.
Damage and security
A damage protection waiver is included with every booking and covers up to $2,500 in accidental damage. Intentional damage and excessive cleaning will be charged to the card on file.
